Engagement

All engagements are scoped via a written proposal that defines locations, duration, deployment, medical scope and commercial terms. Services commence on confirmation of the proposal.

Clinical practice

All medical care is delivered by qualified personnel following accepted clinical protocols. Aadvika acts as a healthcare operations partner and not as a substitute for tertiary hospital care.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for site access, working conditions and the timely sharing of information required for medical planning, including risk-relevant details.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat operational and medical information shared during the engagement with appropriate confidentiality.

Liability

Liability is limited to the scope, professional standards and commercial value of the specific engagement, and is governed by the executed proposal and applicable Indian law.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
